Returns and refunds

Please contact us at edwardsdan14@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you’d like to request a return or refund. Include your order number and the reason for your request. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please include a photo if you can.

We normally resolve approved refunds without asking you to send the item back. Please don’t send an item to an address without contacting us first. If a return is needed, we’ll give you instructions and an appropriate return address.

If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to process it.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights and your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
